“Development of practical examination clothes considering medical staff and examinees”
SOFNT Inc. announced on the 15th that it signed a business agreement with KMI Korea Medical Research Institute (KMI) to develop practical examination uniform materials. At the ‘Business Agreement Ceremony for the Development of KMI Examination Clothing for Commercialization’ held at the KMI Foundation Headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul on the 13th, officials from both organizations, including SOFNT Inc. CEO Han Seol-ah and KMI Planning and Coordination Office Director Lee Gwang-bae, attended. This agreement aims to develop materials for examination uniforms based on the examination environment of medical staff and examinees, and material development is scheduled to proceed over the next four months.
SOFNT Inc. CEO Han Seol-ah said, “Through a strategic business partnership with KMI, we will strive to develop examination uniform materials that will satisfy both medical staff and examinees.”
SOFNT Inc., a new nanocomposite material development company established in April 2020, is developing advanced materials incorporating nanotechnology, such as functional materials for sports/outdoor, medical materials, and industrial filter materials. completed its investment in Free A and began overseas sales of functional materials for sports/outdoor use in October.
KMI Korean Medical Research Institute is a health examination institute established in 1985 and currently operates health examination centers in eight regions across the country, including three in Seoul (Gwanghwamun, Yeouido, and Gangnam) and five regions (Suwon, Daegu, Busan, Gwangju, and Jeju). In addition to activities for early detection and prevention of diseases and improvement of public health, we are carrying out various social contribution projects.
